1. Cutting through or removal of nerves (neurectomy) is used in people with cancer pain who have short life expectancy and who are unsuitable for drug therapy due to ineffectiveness or intolerance.

2. Objective:To investigate the effect of selective peripheral neurectomy (PRN) on the treatment of adults with clubhand of cerebral palsy and provide a way for treatment of spastic cerebral palsy.

3. The results of Stoffel's Operation (Neurectomy of N. tibialis) in spastic paralysis are reported. The results are good in special selected cases when later on combined with a careful tenotomy of Achilles tendon.
